AMT Detonator Highlights



Designed for use in AMT (Advanced Manual Techniques) and manual render safe applications.

The AMT Detonator Canisters reduce the hazard effect from recovered detonators from an equivalent HT1 to HT4 classification. Therefore, enabling detonators to be disarmed with no risk of propagation.*

Used by Special Operations Forces and EOD teams. It's compact robust design is strong enough to contain the effects of any military or commercially available detonator plus any residual explosive that my be present.

Testing Capability

Tested with a Number 8 electric detonator, initiated inside the chamber. No fragmentation or external blast effect were produced.

Also tested with 8 grams of C4 -no fragmentation or external blast effects produced.
